Invigorating and refreshing yoga flow moving between postures using your breath. The Morning Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and energetic class, working on strength and flexibility. If your mind wanders during yoga class, then this might be right for you due to its faster pace, creative flow and strong asanas. The Chilled Vinyasa Flow class is a slower paced flow, which will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Incorporating poses and breathing techniques, this class focuses on form and alignment whilst holding postures. Working on strength and flexibility, this is a slower paced practice with more static postures and detailed instructions. This class is suitable for those new to yoga or those looking to refresh their practice.
Hatha Yoga
This class is suitable for pregnant women after the first trimester and postnatal women after a satisfactory postnatal check (usually at 6 weeks or 10-12 weeks after Caesarean). It is a slow-paced class focusing on breathing techniques, gentle abdominal and pelvic floor work, and improving strength and flexibility.
During pregnancy, this can be great for promoting a healthy pregnancy, alleviating pregnancy-related discomfort and preparing women for childbirth. As a postnatal class, this is a gentle way to begin exercising again, with specific modifications tailored to the period after delivery. You can bring your baby along to class and step away from the mat as needed to feed or change your baby. Suitable for pre-crawling babies.
Pre and Postnatal Yoga (with Baby)
Want to introduce your little ones to yoga? This fun, easy going class is the way to do it! Parents and caregivers are encouraged to join in the activities.
Children will move through yoga poses using their imagination - pretending they are different animals and objects. As well as the many health benefits, yoga can help children build confidence and focus without competition or judgement.
Suitable from confident walkers up to 5 years old.
