Liability Waiver

I agree that Cambrian Yoga and its instructors are not responsible for the safekeeping of my belongings during class. Being of lawful age in consideration of being permitted in taking part of this yoga class, I release and forever discharge Cambrian Yoga and its instructors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims, and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of participating in the yoga class, and not withstanding that such damage, loss, or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of Cambrian Yoga. I am forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against Cambrian Yoga and its instructors for any property loss or personal injury that I may sustain in while participating or in preparing for the yoga class.

I acknowledge to Cambrian Yoga that I am in good physical condition and do not have any disability or medical condition that would prevent me from participating in the yoga class. If required, I will obtain a medical examination and clearance. 

I understand this is a legal contract. I have read this document carefully and fully understand its content. By ticking the box below I am waiving certain legal rights, owed to me by Cambrian Yoga, and with the intention of binding me, my spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns.
